What we collect
When you book we store your name, WhatsApp number, locale, visit date and slot, style preferences, height, weight, suggested and chosen suit, shirt, and shoe sizes, address, and optional map coordinates. Payment is handled by Stripe; we store only the session id and paid status, never your full card number.
How we use it
We use this to pack the van, confirm and remind you on WhatsApp, finish the visit, and complete alterations and delivery. Measurement data (height, weight, sizes) is used only to load the right stock and to tailor what you buy. We do not sell it.
How we store it
Bookings live in a private database. Resume links use a hashed token. WhatsApp messages go through our linked business session. We keep a booking for as long as we need it to complete the visit and any follow-up tailoring, then retain it only as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Ask us to correct or delete your booking data at [email protected] or on WhatsApp. Some records we must keep for accounting or a dispute.
