Seven-day refund
The AED 299 booking fee is refundable in full if you ask within 7 days of payment and the visit has not taken place. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected]. We return the fee to the original payment method.
If the bus does not visit
If we cancel, miss your slot, or cannot complete the visit for a reason on our side — weather, traffic, stock, or operations — you get a full refund, even after 7 days. You may take a new slot instead.
After the visit
Once the visit happens, the fee is a credit toward ready-to-wear, alterations, or tailoring. It is not refunded because you chose not to buy.
