The booking
A Tuxedo Bus visit is a private appointment. By paying the booking fee you hold a date, a time slot, and a van packed to the styles, fabrics, colours, and sizes you selected.
The booking fee
The AED 299 booking fee is deducted from any purchase you make during or after the visit — ready-to-wear, alterations, or tailoring. It is a credit, not a surcharge. If you buy nothing, the fee remains the charge for reserving the van and the slot.
Cancellation and no-show
Tell us at least 24 hours before your slot if you need to move or cancel, and we will rebook you or refund the fee. A no-show, or a cancellation inside 24 hours, forfeits the fee. We may cancel or reschedule for weather, traffic, or operational reasons; if we cancel, we refund the fee or move you to a new slot at your choice.
Alterations and delivery
We fit and pin during the visit. Alterations and tailoring are done at our Gold & Diamond Park workshop. Standard turnaround is a few working days; we confirm the date before you leave. The finished piece is delivered back to you.
What we bring
Selections you make in booking are a brief, not a guarantee of every SKU. We load the closest range we hold. Sizes are suggested from height and weight and can be changed on the van.
